Looking for a contemporary in-house transmittal form that can be as small as
4-1/4 X 5-1/2, to attach to documentationj for posting, routing, etc. A
Transmittal form if you will...Thanks.

As small as a quarter page? Just type one--you're the person who knows what
information needs to be on there.

Alternatively, search MS's template site, and *do not* let the site trick
you into asking other users for your desired template again, or ask google.
