In outlook 2000 how do I change the address book layout

My emails over 2 weeks old go to an archive .PST file. It recently went over
2GB and corrupted. I fixed that issue but my address book layout changed. My
Contacts file is fine but the information showing in my contacts is laid out
wrong. When I click "To" I want to see the name followed by the email
address. How do I correct the layout / view?
