In outlook contacts Country code appears after the phone number.

When I enter the phone number on my Outlook contacts the country code is
automatically coming after the local number. for ex: 050 195-8927 +966 though
I am typing it correctly it is saving the number as the above shown example.
Could you please guide me to solve this problem.

Turn off the option to automatically add the country code in Outlook's
Dialing options.
Contacts > Actions > Call Contact > New Call...
