In review modus selectively accept changes by one reviewer

In some cases where multiple reviewers have added changes to a text in review
modus it could be useful to be able to accept the changes made by a specific
contributor by a single click.

You can do this in Word 2002 and 2003. You can select which reviewers'
changes you want displayed. With a single reviewers' changes displayed,
select Accept All Changes Shown.
