In save/open dialogs, let me use # keys to quickly jump to foldrs

This is a suggestion for Office products. As a technical editor working with
tons of documents daily, I spend a TON of time navigating to the specific
folder I want to be in. Adding folders to the "Look in" bar on the left is a
quick way to jump to a spot is great, but it would be even FASTER for me to
be able to assign a number to these folders, and just hit a number on my
keyboard to jump to a particular folder.

So on my keyboard, saving to a particular spot would just involve hitting
Alt-F, S, the number 1 (for example), then type in a name and hit enter. I
would never even have to touch the mouse!
