in table of authorities, I cannot search for "next citation"

When I use Table of Authorities, the program finds the first citation but
will not go on to find remaining citations. It also refuses to find the
further instances of a parciular citation [id and supra]. I know I have
successfully used Word Table of Authorities previously so I am sure this is
possible. Any ideas what might be wrong with our program?

Hi Jan,

You didn't mention the version of Word you're
using or if this is a new or existing document.
You may want to also post this in the Word
formatting/long documents newsgroup as well (link below)
