We have just upgraded to Office 2003 from Office XP.
I have email in my inbox arranged by "From". When receiving new e-mails, the name changes from a light gray to a slightly darker gray. The difference is very subtle. Previously in Office XP the font color was black. When new e-mails arrived they would switch to bold type font. I assume the same is occuring with the new Office 2003 but instead of black color fonts the color is now gray. How do we change this in order to increase visiblilty of new mails? The current set-up leaves the names barely visible after the mail has been read.

Yep, this one had me searching everywhere for the answer.
I can't believe there is nothing on the net for this one yet, it is such a bloody annoying problem!......anyway, here we go:
Inbox
View
Arrange By
Current View
Customise Current View
Automatic Formatting
Unread Group Headers
Font - Change to Maroon

That little lot will sort you out!

Brilliant! Can anyone tell me how to change the font size on messages that
have been received (besides changing the monitor display characteristics)?
Would like received messages to be displayed in a larger font for easier
readability.
