Incoming emails are being duplicated.

I have Win7/Outlook10 and recently all incoming emails are received
twice!
Please help, Peter

This is a very well known issue

This is caused by your Anti Virus scanning your in and outgoing emails. Shut off
your AV from scanning your emails. You will still be protected
