incoming file copy in public contacts

Hi all,

I am using OL2000 in a network environment. When an e-
mail arrives in my Inbox folder, a copy in Post form is
made in the Public folder contact.
In the Rule Wizard, no rule was made to send incoming mail
to the Public folder contact.

Please help,
