Incoming message text is all garbbled

Reciently I have been having an issue with incoming messages in
Entourage 2004, the text is displayed all garbbled almost looks like a
foreign language??? If I forward the message then I can read it. If
anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I would br greatful. Thanks

This seems to be a recent problem with some badly formatted complex HTML
mail messages.

To avoid it, you can turn off the display of complex HTML in the prefs, but
this will also mean you can't see those 'newsletter' type of complex HTML
properly formatted either :(

Thanks for the tip. Is there anything I can have to sender do to fix
this. I can pretty much boil this problem to two or three people in my
office? I am pretty sure they would have their outlook composer set to
html instead of word??

Delete the "com.microsoft.browserfont.cache" file in ~/Library/Caches.

"~" represents your home folder, which is usually located in /Users/<Your
User>/ and is accessible by going to Go > Home in the Finder.
