Incomplete Contacts/Apppointments when syncing Palm in Entourage X after battery failure

My battery on my Tungsten T died, and after rebooting and re-syncing,
my contacts and very few of my appointments have made it back into my
Palm, even though they are fine in Entourage. This had happened once
before about a year ago, and I was able to fix the issue from a read
me on Mactopia, I believe by deleting my Palm preference or something
like that. I bookmarked the link, but it is no longer active.

Anyone else familiar with this? Thanks!

The safest way to get everything back to your Palm is to choose "Entourage
overwrites handheld" (or something like that). Your Palm Database will then
be replaced by the content in Entourage. Make a backup of your Entourage
database before you start fiddling around, though. If something goes wrong
you will still have something to revert to.

I think the file you are referring to is the Entourage Storage file, located
here:
~/Documents/Palm/Users/<Your User>/Entourage Data/
