Incorrect formula result

Excel is giving me the same result when I am pulling a formula down the page.
I am looking for the difference of two fairly large columns of data (96k
entries). Since they dont even fit in a single column I am not sure if there
is some sort of overflow error or The spread sheet is fairly large. Here
is a link for those who dont believe:

any help would be appreciated

Is calculation set to manual? (Tools>Options>Calculate, it should also say
'calculate' on the status bar). The 'check cells' you have put in would
calculate themselves on entry but the dragged column would not.

I had a user a while ago with a similar problem where the problem was
the the rounding off in the total was incorrect. Turned out her columns
were in the incorrect format, they were set to auto round off to one
decimal place, quick change to currency fixed that up.
