Incorrect receiving date and time

Hi, there

My workstation is now using window 2000 pro and outlook
2000. The problem is that when receive each mail, the
receiving date and time are incorrect even though i set
the original setting in control panel. Please advice
me! Thanks for advanced.....

An email timestamp uses the system time and date, the Time Zone setting, and
the Daylight Savings Time flag. ALL THREE must be correct or the time stamp
will be wrong.
