Incorrect unread count

I have a user who has access to a bulletin board in a
Public Folders. The status bar shows that there is 1 item
unread, even though all items are read. I recreated the
user's profile, but it still shows up incorrectly. In
addition, now the user's Public Folders show above her
Inbox - even after restarting Outlook. Any ideas?
