Increase size of text in message list

Is there a way to increase the size of the text in the list of new
messages - without increasing the font size for everything in
Entourage?
I want to quickly scan all my junk mail before deleting and find it
difficult to do so when the text is of a normal size. But when I
increase the font size in preferences, it affects everything - mail
folders, etc.

No.

All list font sizes are the same, yes. How is it easier for you to read
other lists?
