Indent Bullets with Tab Key

Kiser

I have a multi-level bullet list on my office computer and when I use the tab
key, my bullet list is indented and the next level of bullet is shown.
That's good.

On my computer at home, when I hit the tab key, it simply indents the same
bullet. I don't get the next level.

Any idea why that is and what I can do to get my home computer to perform
this function the same way as my office computer?

I'm using Window 2000 and Office XP in both locations.

Thanks

In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoFormat As You Type |
check the "Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces" box | OK.

On the AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect Options, check the
box for "Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces."
