Individually 'grab' .dll .exe & other files to identify malware

System infected by BroadcastPC & other malware not removed by Norton Internet
Security 2006. DVD no longer plays CDs or DVDs, very virus-like.
Office/Windows should include utility to 'grab' .dll .exe & other files then
upload to MS server to both build Authentication database & analyse remainder
for malware infection. Removing ability to load new software, create backups
& play movies is potentially terminal to MS & other software suppliers.

Microsoft provides software to help prevent this from happening, I
suggest you contract with a computer support firm to provide you with
the assistance you require, as you have special requirements.
