I have a mac user that is using Entourage X to connect to a exchange 2003
server. When using her calender to invite attendees to a date, the atendees
all show no information and grey bars for the availablity. Does the Entourage
2004 offer better compatabilty with 2003 echange. Does it have better
compatability with chared public folders on the exchange server? Does
entourage 2004 have an auto Out of Office responce feature ? I know this is a
lot to ask but I do appreciate anyone who can shed some information on this
issue

Thanks
Scott

Exchange support is enhanced in Entourage 2004, but you should be able to
access free/busy data in Entourage X as well. Go to Tools > Accounts, open
your Exchange account, and click the "Advanced" tab. Under "Free/busy
server", add /public to the end. Does that help?

If not, you can find more help here:
Does it have better
compatability with chared public folders on the exchange server?

Yes. You can now post to Exchange public folders, for example. I also
believe you know have access to more kinds of data that can be stored in
public folders.
Does
entourage 2004 have an auto Out of Office responce feature ?

No, it's not built in. However, you can still use Outlook Web Access to use
the Out of Office Assistant.
