Information Store cannot be opened.

Hi

I have a problem with a NT Server. This server is on a VPN
DLS setup connected to our office. They have Outlook 2000
installed but when they try to access the mailbox it gives
them a message saying:
Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not
be opened. The Information store could not be opened.

They are able to ping the exchange server by name and also
do a Check Name in the mail Properties.

Has anyone seen this before.
