Infromation icon - Roady

Hi Roady,
One of my client's outlook (OL2000) shows in the field
column on "ICON" a white exclamation mark (on top of ICON)
not all of the mail but some of them (90%). I try to
remove the ICON column and activate it again but still
same problem.

pls help

Is this for every mail that is sent to this user? Perhaps you could post a
screenshot somewhere?

This is not in every mail, but some of them, I try to
classify with attachment, again some of the attachment
still having the icon.

I can't find an icon that looks like it in the resources. I'm afraid that I
don't fully understand your problem. Do you have a screenshot available?
