Inputing a calculated value

I'm inputing the above calculated value. I've made the input size 56 to
accomodate the largest script, and made a red box around the inputed value
which I mde bold.

What I'd like to do is
(a) Make the inputed text a different color or font
(b) Center the inputed text within the box (ie for different lengths of
inputed script)
