insert a clock in a spreadsheet

how can one insert a real time running clock in a spreadsheet and use its
value in calculations. Thanks

I think the best way to do this would be using the application.ontime method
to update a cell, then use the value of that cell in your calcs. Warning
==== the performance penalty of continuous updating will be high =====

Do you need to display the time, could you use Now() instead?
