Insert data textbox into combobox

Hi,

Have a problem. In my program I created a form to insert data. This form
also shows a textbox with serialnumber.
Want to create a shortcut to another form to show history of the serialnumber.
The shortcut is no problem but i want a autoinsert of the serialnumber from
textbox into the combobox of the other form.
