Insert disc into E Drive

I do not know what I have done. When I go into Powerpoint,
I cannot do anything, not even "open" . The notice comes
up that I must insert a disc into E drive. I worked with a
disc yesterday and pushed on the option to "pack up for CD"
(or something similar). I am illiterate and need HELP. Please

And what happens after you insert a blank CD into drive E? It may be trying
to complete a task you have given it.
