Insert Function - Entourage 2008

I can insert a .mov movie file into an Entourage 2008 v12.0.1 email message.
I can insert a .mp3 audio file into an Entourage 2008 v12.0.1 email message.
I cannot insert any .jpg photo file into an Entourage 2008 v12.0.1 message.
Why?

There is a limit of 400KB in Entourage 2008 for .jpg files. Not sure if
this a bug or by design. Send feedback to let MSFT know you would like to
see this changed.
