Insert javascript url and make Word display its results

Is there any way to insert a url that contains javascript and have Word
display the results?
I have a url with js that pulls in an image off a server. They update
dynamically with frequently changing data.
It works fine on a web page. Trying to figure out how to get the images to
display and be refreshed every time doc is opened.
