Insert MS Office 2000 CD - Msg when starting Access

I've got a computer that's running XP Pro and Office 2000 Pro. User Larry's
been using the machine for years and has had no problem running an Access
application. Now User Tom logs onto the computer, fires up Access and he's
prompted to insert the MS Office 2000 SR-1 Professional cd, which I don't
have. If I hit Cancel 3 times Access starts and everything appears to work
normally.

Without the CD, is there anyway around this? Is there a file(s) in User
Larry's Documents & Settings I can copy into User Tom's D&S's?
