insert new slide's format

Hello.
In MS-Powerpoint, I used Insert, New Slide, and then picked
a slide format (e.g., with text box for title, for body, or
blank). By mistake, I selected text-box-for-title AND
checked-off "do not ask again". Now whenever I Insert, I
can never choose a nice, plain/empty, slide. How do I get
back so that it prompts me for the format? I've looked for
Preferences, online Help, etc. Many Thanks.
