Insert Picture in Org. Chart - VBA

How can i insert any picture to any shape in org. chart
with VBA?
OR
Could i link picture from Access database?

Thanks a lot for your reply but i want to learn how to
link the picture of
employee to my Access database. I can link all type of
fields except OLE
Objects. Or do i have any chance to write a code that
inserts the picture.
Cause i couldn't record this action. (Right Click -
Insert Picture) Also i
couldn't find any VBA method that inserts picture.
