insert query for a form recordset

i assume you are writing in pseudo-code, since i wasn't
aware you could just type 'Insert into tblattedance'
etc... as plain code, unless thats someting new in
Access2000 (i use Access97 mostly)

the main thing i notice is that you shouldn't do a whole
INSERT query for every single record, that is an enormous
waste of time. you should use one INSERT query, with a
WHERE clause.

it would help if you said which error you were getting. if
you are not inserting a value into every field, and some
of them are NOT NULL fields, with no default value, then
you will get an error. you also might get an error if your
datatypes don't line up 100%, or if you have a validation
rule that you are violating, or if you have a key rule
that you are violating.
