insert snapshot view file in powerpoint

I have an Access report that I saved as a snapshop file. I am trying to
insert the file in my PowerPoint presentation. It works; however, only a
portioin of the report is visible so, I use the crop tool to get all the
information to show. Now, the problem begins... I cannot get rid of the
original border that now runs horizontally in the middle of the object and up
the right hand side. When I attempt to double click on the object to edit
it, the object turns black and I can't get the object to look normal again.

I have tried to use Priint Screen but the object is fuzzy when I print it
out - which is not good since I need to have it looking professional so we
can hand it out to our clients.

This sounds to me like a video card issue, but there may be more to
it, not sure.

I think you should try SnagIt to do the screengrab. There's a free
trial at http://www.techsmith.com\
