Inserted Hyperlinks don't work on PCs

I keep trying to send an email containing jpgs and hyperlinks.

But although it shows up perfect on a Mac with everything there and the
links all working, when i send it to a PC, the links are no longer hot.

Can anyone help? Please?

(And which version of Entourage)
