Inserted spreadsheets sent from Outlook 2003

A high-level manager in my company likes to include spreadsheets in the body
of the email message, rather than sending as an attachment. Views very
pretty in Outlook 2003, but totally loses its formatting when viewed in
Entourage 2004. Is there a way to correct this in preferences or using a
script? Thanks.

No. But he might be sending the message in RTF format? It would then arrive
as plain text. If that's what's happening ask him to change to sending in
HTML. If he's already doing that and it's still getting messed up there's
nothing you can do about it at your end. If you complain too much they'll
make you get a Windows PC...
