inserting a button in excel

i'm trying to insert a button into an excel spreadsheet that once pushed,
will auto-fill the cell i'm in. i've gotten as far as getting the command box
into the worksheet, just not sure what to do from there. someone, PLEASE HELP
ME!!

Perhaps posting in a dedicated Excel group, such as
microsoft.public.excel.programming might help.
Can't see what your question has to do with templates....
