inserting a movie file

I inserted a short .wmv movie file onto one of the slides
on my presentation. I then published the presentation as
a web page and uploaded it along with the movie file
itself.
When the presentation is viewed from another computer the
movie filed does not run. I think this has to do with the
fact that the movie clip is linked to the .wmv on my
computer. Do I need to break that link. If so how do I do
that.
