Inserting Adobe pages

In using Word 2002, I'm trying to add 32 pages of scanned,
handwritten text into a document. I tried doing this as a
JPEG or TIFF but received error messages both times. The
only work around I can find is to insert each pages one by
one. Does anyone know of a faster way?
Thanks and sorry if this is not the right group but my
quick search on Google didn't help.
