Inserting contacts into emial

MO doesnt know

When I create a new message and I use the To.... field. It brings up my
contact list. When I select the correct file from the list it opens up with
first name and then last name. How can that be change to list last name
first.

For Outlook 2002/2003, click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing
directories or address books>Next. Select "Outlook Address Book" and click
Change. Select your sort order there. Stop and restart Outlook.
