Inserting Data Feeds. Help!!!

I am trying to add a data feed to my website. When I copy the code and
paste it to my web page the code shows up and not the data feed. I
hope that someone can help me. The following is the code that I am
trying to use.

I did paste it in HTML/Code View. I got the code from ITtoolbox.com
they have a free data feed service.
