inserting microsoft explorer snapshot

I need to know how to insert a snapshot from a website. I already saved the snapshot into my documents but I dont know how to insert it into powerpoint

Insert Picture from file, and select the picture you saved.

You should be able to insert it via Insert > Picture > Picture from File?
Have you tried that?
