Inserting Movie clip

I have PP 2002 and want to take a movie (video of a
deposition) from a CD and insert portions...can I do
that? Where do I start? Thanks.

Copy the file (the video) to your hard drive.

In PPT click Insert Movies & Sounds > Moives from File, and navigate to
where you stored the file. Select it and say OK. Your good to go...
