Inserting Snapshot Viewer object

When I insert a report that I have saved in Snapshot
Viewer, I only get a portion of the image. I then can
crop it to see the entire image but then I get a border
where the image used to be. I cannot get rid of the
border. When I double click on the object, the screen
becomes black and it won't revert back to the image.

What am I missing here?

I don't know exactly what Snapshot Viewer is, but have you tried their
support forums? It sounds like one of those things they may be familiar with
and already have a fix for.
