When I try to insert an MP3 file or a midi file I get this error message:
The action could not be completed.
A network error has occurred (-2003).

Then Entourage won¹t do anything and I have to restart it. When I read the
help file about what files can be inserted this is what it says:
Add a picture, sound, or movie to a message
1. Place the insertion point where you want to add a picture, sound, or movie.
2. Click Insert button, and then click one of the following options: Picture,
Background Picture, Sound, or Movie.
3. Locate the file you want to insert, and then click Choose.
Notes
€ You can add a picture, sound, or movie only to a message in HTML format.
€ Make sure the file you want to add is saved in a format (for example, GIF,
JPEG, PICT, or TIFF) that is supported by the version of Apple QuickTime that
is installed on your computer. To see a complete list of supported formats,
see QuickTime Help.
Shouldn¹t I be able to insert a midi file (.mid) or an MP3 file (.mp3)
because QuickTime can play/read both? Do they have to be converted to .mov
files first? Thanks.
