Inserting Sounds and video then Burning onto CD

Hi there

Im having a nightmare - have made a presentation with
sound and video clips which is a little beauty on my
laptop but when I burned it the sounds and videos dont
work - Bugger!

I think its beacuse the links are still following my
hardrive and therefore nor readable!

Anyone got a plan?
