Inserting spiiner and scroll bar.

Hi,
The questions i'm trying to answer are as follows:
1) Create a spinner for the deposit £0-£250 increments of
£25 (link cell here is the cell containing the deposit).
2) Create a scroll bar for the interest rate. Delete the
value you typed in for the interest rate and put in a
formula related to the link cell.
Hopefully someone can help as it all seems alien to me!
