Install a macro into every template on that machine

Problem: I want to make a macro available to every template on users machine.
The macro which i have made enhances the commenting feature while doing
Track changes. Users in my company would be using various templates for
different types of documents. I want my macro to be available to them for use
irrespective of the template they are using. How could i make this possible?
Any help would be appreciated? I am new to macros and word programming.

Copy the macro and its means of access e.g. toolbar button to a template and
supply the template to users as a Word add-in.
