Install of Business Contact Manager

I'm receiving an error message when attempting to install
Business Contact Manager that says the system does no meet
the minimum system requirements (400mhz processor and 128
RAM) though it does (400 mhz Pentium II and 288 RAM - 32
in slot 1; 128 slot 2; 128 slot 3). Anyone have any
thoughts on how to get the install to work?

the requirements for BCM for Outlook 2003 are

. For Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003, you need a computer
with an Intel Pentium III 450-megahertz (MHz) or higher processor and 256
megabytes (MB) of RAM or above. You need 190 MB of additional hard disk
space.
