install Office 97

changed my hard disk+upgraded from Win 98 to XP Home but
office 97 cd will not load - I have CD key

Hi Terry,

Can you be more specific on what is happening and the steps
you're using (i.e. error messages or ???). Be sure you've shut
down all other running software/utilities/antivirus when running
Office 97 setup.
