Installation fails because of blocked registry keys

Hi,

On Vista Home Premium, using an Admin account, UAC deactivated, the
installation fails because it cannot access a number of registry keys in
HKLM/Software/Classes/CLSID. Using Regedit I change the owner and
authorisations, but there are so many ... it's a PITA.
Thanks for any solution.
