Installed Office 2003 and Outlook Express address book is gone?

I have just installed Office 2003 and my Outlook Express address book is not
available. Can not open the address book or if I enter a name in a blank
e-mail, I get a message that the address book is not installed correctly. I
do have a copy of the address book on a floppy but the 'Import Address Book'
function in Edit does not work. Any ideas?.
