Installed OL2003, imported contacts from OE, all showing as e-mail

I recently installed Outlook 2003 and when I tried to import contacts, they
now show up in a folder called "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x Contacts" and
they are all displayed as e-mail messages instead of contacts. How do I fix
this?
